43 day Treadmill Challenge

Hey Everyone,

So yesterday I started a 43 day "Treadmill Challenge" that I made up myself to increase my cardio :)

I started the challenge with doing 15 mins on the treadmill and then increasing by 5 mins every three days.. Once I reached 70 mins I alternated between 70 mins and 65 mins....I've made a schedule which I can post but essentially goes something like this

Day 1: 15 mins
Day 2: 15 mins
Day 3: 15 mins
Day 4: 20 mins
Day 5: 20 mins
Day 6: 20 mins
Day 7: 25 mins
Day 8: 25 mins
Day 9: 25 mins
Day 10: 30 mins
Day 11: 30 mins
Day 12: 30 mins
Day 13: 35 mins
Day 14: 35 mins
Day 15: 35 mins
Day 16: 40 mins
Day 17: 40 mins
Day 18: 40 mins
Day 19: 45 mins
Day 20: 45 mins
Day 21: 45 mins

..... etc I'll post the rest later on....

    In the beginning for the shorter times i'll be running... but then as it starts to get longer I figured I walk and run and get that heart beat up.... but i guess I'll decide when i get there lol:laugh:

    10th day and going strong... I'm starting 30 mins today :bigsmile: let the burning begin!!! wooohooo lol:love:
