Inches question

I got measured today here are my results:

left arm: 17 inches (previously 16.8)
left leg: 26 inches (previously 24.5)
right arm: 17 inches (previously 17)
rightleg: 24.75 inches (previously 24)
Hips: 49 inches (previously 50)
Waist: 42 inches (previously 48)
Neck: 16.25 inches (previously 15.8)

Now while I'm proud of the waist and hips loss, I'm wondering what is causing other areas like the arms, legs and neck to go up.

Any ideas what I could be doing wrong or may need to change?

Thanks

If your doing strength training I would have to say it could be muscle?

muscle!!!! This is all very good. You are shrinking in all the right spots. You will eventually lose fat around the gained muscle in the other areas as well! Congratulations :)
  • Could be that you're just measuring in a slightly different place than before (soooo what I do), or that you're retaining water. Try drinking more water so that your body doesn't think it needs to retain so much, and regardless, don't worry. If you stick with it, you'll shrink. There's a reason you don't see 140lb people wearing size 24 clothes.
