Hello all!!

I am about a week into MFP and loving it so far!! It has been a challenge thus far but I am already starting to feel better about myself!! BUT let me tell you I have been down this road before....where I start out wonderful and end up right where I started. Being in school also definately takes a toll on me!!! I just have the desire for it this time and would love some wonderful women to share this journey with!

Any words of encouragement, advice, and support is well needed!! =)

I'm the same way I start out great then just to seem to tumble downhill right back where I started. It is insanely frustrating. I plan on not letting that happen this time adn will help you out anyway I can too:).

i am doing weight watchers points plus and i love it because i can still eat the food i love in moderation, its all about reading labels though but its pretty simple after a few days so far i lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks and i have about 33 more to go i do the wii for exercise and im starting to do it more consistintly
  • I've had a lot of those start-stop moments myself, but I'm determined to see this through to the end this time. I haven't been on MFP long, but I have found some amazing support in the women I've befriended. Feel free to add me.
  • I used to always feel like I was on that downhill rollercoaster but lately I have taken contol and I feel great, plus there is sooo much support on this site!

I'm no amazing woman, but would love to start adding people for support. I'm fairly new, too. I think I'm ready to start taking this seriously. I'm tired of sabbotaging my losses. :o) I do much better on the workout realm than I do on the eating. That is what I need to change. My philosophy has been "I'd rather workout 2 hours a day than to diet"!! Pitiful and it doesn't work!!

Anyway, feel free to add me. I would love to have some company along my journey. Best of luck in yours!! :o)

    Feel free to friend me!

I don't know about you all but I get to a certain point and get all impressed with myself and figure "I got this, no problem!" so I stop tracking...and I might do ok for a week or so then I have an off day, which leads to another off day and before I know it the weight starts piling on again.

This time around, I'm going to allow myself to feel good, but not so good that I think I've won this battle when it's only halfway over. I'll allow myself certain indulgences now and then but make sure I get right back on track the next day!
