Hello,
I was told about this site about a week ago by my sister and friend. They joined immediately and started dieting and are doing so wondeful. I love the site so far. I just actually started dieting with them yesterday and I'm happy but still in the hungry phase.
I have major food addiction though. I don't even know why I love food so much but I often eat just for the taste of food and when I'm not even hungry at all. I would just like to get to a point of being normal. Just looking at food as nourishment instead of something to do would be a huge step for me. I can be a closet eater at times. I laugh about it with my sister but truly it isn't funny, its killing me. I have lost both of my parents who were heavy but not big like I am to food related illnesses. I say that but I'm not sure they would have had these issues if they had been thin. (colon cancer and colitis). I hate food and I love it but its time for me to get control of it. My daughter watches everything that I do and I do not want her learning my bad habits so its time to make new ones.
I'm looking to make friends with anybody in any weight loss goal. I have a LOT to lose myself but I can be supportive of anyone in any situation. This is a huge step for us all. I think dieting and losing weight is one of the hardest things I've ever attempted but ooooh that reward of success is gonna feel like Heaven!

You can do it. I have the same problem. I love food the way it taste but have made a huge change in the way I eat and have become wayyyy more active. I use to live to eat now I eat to live. We can do this. No it's not easy I stuggle every day but have learned to make better choices for myself!0
