    I'm new too, have been doing this for about a week, have learned so much about how I eat, it was the little things that were adding up. The food and exercise diary are amazing.... I have lost 4 pounds. It just gets better as you go, I truly believe this is what I needed all along..... I need to lose about 30 pounds, am only 5'2" so carrying an extra 30 around is not good.     I am new as well! Lost a little bit of weight before my wedding on 3/5/11, basically just wanted to tone up. But since the honeymoon, I have not been able to get back on track. Reading through some of these posts are already helping. I am ready to start logging everything!!! I am currently a WW member but thinking I need something else!!! I would like to lose about 15-20 lbs and lead a healty lifestyle. We can do it!
