INSANITY and my knee

Hey-
I am in my 4th weeke of INSANITY and my L knee has really started bothering me. It was after my workout and it would sort of go away by the next morning but now it's during the workout. It just recently started hurting.
Suggestions anyone?

    Me too just last night. It's the bone on the inside of both my knees. I blamed it on the new running shoes I got Sunday ??

    Get one of those wetsuit material knee braces.

    A couple thoughts...don't know if it will help: 1) if you're doing Insanity, are you wearing the right kind of shoes? I tried doing it in my running shoes and was having problems. I switched to cross-trainers and it was worlds better. 2) if you have or can get a foam roller, those help work out the tight muscles which in turn relieve the stress on your knees. Hope it helps!

    I started two weeks ago and this weekend my knees started bothering me during me the workout and continued until yesterday. I check with my friend who is on his second round and he had and is still having the same issue. So for now I am giving Insanity a rest... :frown: :ohwell:
