Keeping off the biscuits

Ooh, it's that time of night when I'm not out and about and it's to early for bed. Biscuits and a cup of tea are calling me from the kitchen. They miss me, they want to keep me company while I watch telly. Their ever so sweet voices are whispering for me, oh those evil nasty biscuits. I suppose having a non-chocolate one wouldn't hurt. No I have to be strong. The first day is always the hardest or at least I hope it is.

Think thin thoughts. It's at these moments in time I wish I smoked or something like that then I could fend off the cravings with a carton twenty.

If you know how to kill a craving then PLEASE tell me before a packet of ginger snaps mysteriously disappear from my cupboard and I spend the night with a guilty concious.

Thanks to the lack of help I have merrily munched my way through some biscuits and now feel guilty. Bugger.
