I need some new music for my ipod. I am looking for good workout music for running walking. Any suggestions?? What are some songs that get you going!

There are brilliant podcasts someone posted about.
I can't stop going on about them.
Some are just music but some are coaching.
Talk you through a workout and push you.
Will see if I can find the thread.

I gear towards heavy rock to get that aggression factor going, but when running mostly music with a good beat. Deadmau5 sophie needs a ladder, pump up the volume, etc.
  • I love running to anything by MUSE. They keep me really amped and have fantastic beats.

I really like the Go Team. Fun beats and a little different. Their song was featured on a NFL commercial as a pump up/prep song. Two Door Cinema Club is dance/alt rock. I find I can run in rhythm with both groups.
