Low calorie chicken sandwich

Hi everyone. I made this today and it was pretty filling:
6oz chicken breast
2 pieces orowheat country potato bread (use wheat as healthier option)
1 Tblsp salsa
1/4 cup sauted green bell pepper and onion mixed
1/4 cup lettuce (use spinach leaves for healthier option)
Ketchup optional!

Sprinkle cinnomon, pepper and cayan pepper (optional for spicier taste) on chicken
Spray pan with cooking spray and cook chicken
Put diced onion and pepper in pan and saute
put chicken between bread slices and put sandwich in pan to brown bread (makes bread crispy)
Take apart and add lettuce, salsa and onion mic and you're set!

430 calories and filing enough for one meal
