shoes for Zumba or other dance/cardio classes...

I am on a hunt for new sneaks since mine are shot..I've heard the specially made for Zumba sneaks are not comfortable..what sneakers have you found to work for you?

    I have fairly new Nike Shox and I have started doing alot of Zumba...must say the arches of my feet are tight while doing Zumba...so I guess what I'm saying is they may be what NOT to get at least. I have Nike Free 7.0's that are MUCH better suited as it flexes w/ the foot fantastically and my arches do not hurt in the slightest and I do not even have high arches mind you. Just my two cents..... ;o)

    I have some mizuno cross trainers and they work great for me. Anything light and not too clunky would be just fine

    I was reading Fitness magazine and they suggest Ryka Transition for cross training shoes. I am going to go buy a pair this weekend. HTH!
