I'm looking for a recipe for something choclatey (brownie, cookie, cake, ect.) that makes only a single serving and is low calorie! I can't make more than one serving or I will eat it all :frown: Also I'm kinda looking for something thats actually made from a recipe at home with common ingredients not like chocolate syrup or chocolate chips (i will eat all of those too) and not something you buy like Hershey's or Dove. Thanks so much!

lol yes i know!! but hopefully there's something out there
  • make something with dark chocolate. or mix cocoa, sweetener, and milk in a blender for a good two or three minutes and it will thicken up. use artificial sweetener and its no calories. cocoa is low. and you can use almond milk which is only 40 calories per cup. it makes a whipped cream puddingyish thing :)

Thank you!!!! I'll definitely be using those!!! You saved my diet!! I'm trying to live without chocolate or sweets and so far so good but I know one day I'll fall off the wagon and when that day comes (probably soon) I want to be prepared with something that won't cause mass destruction lol THANK YOU!!!!

Go to hungrygirl.com for dessert ideas.

One of my favorites is a package of chocolate cake with one can of pumpkin added. (That's it, no eggs or oil) Make mini muffins and keep them in the freezer out of sight!

I use gluten free cake mix, but you can use Betty Crocker or Duncan Hines if you can have gluten.
  • Have you heard of Warm Delights Minis by Betty Crocker? They are only 150 calories and they are soo good!

I am definitely going to try these recipes! The tortilla desert sounds yummy! I too have a huge chocolate sweet-tooth and unfortunately caved and ate a whole bag of dark chocolate chips over the course of a few days. My stomach was killing me b/c of it but it was so good. Too bad it added a TON of calories to my daily calories. :(
