I just logged on here for the first time... When I started this journey I was around 200 lbs....I am now 140 lbs....and stuck....I go down a couple of pounds but it always comes right back.... I'm low on calorie intake (at least I think I am) but I do sometimes enjoy the sweets. I've made alot of food changes and try to work out at least 3 days a week... I would like to be around the 120 lbs mark and I welcome any suggestions on diet, recipes, exercise...etc...to get me to this mark. I've worked hard so far and it seemed easier than these last 10-20 pounds...

The key here is probably that you "think" you are low on calorie intake. This is your opportunity to be certain of that - or not. Log EVERYTHING, no matter how insignificant you think it is, every bite, every taste. WEIGH it all. It's soooo easy to underestimate how much you're actually eating. It might be helpful to spend a couple of days eating exactly as you would normally, and logging it to see precisely how much you are eating. Then follow the plan MFP will have given you, and stick to it. Some people advocate having "cheat" meals. I personally wouldn't, at least in the beginning, it's all too easy for a cheat meal to become a cheat day, or a cheat week....

MFP is set up so that you can eat back the calories earned through exercise while still having a deficit. If you choose to do this, be extra careful about not underestimating your food intake, or overestimating your exercise calories.

And finally, welcome to MFP, and the best of luck!
