    what the hell just happend when REBA went mental on Phil?????? I stepped outta the room for a moment and then I heard Heba, sheba, reba...or whatever her name is...:laugh: yappin about something

    so what's going on with you all in between on commercials? I'm loadin the dishwasher (ok, currently I'm typing...I'm such a liar..lol), gonna vacumn....LMBO......lofty goals on the commercials for sure:drinker: :bigsmile:

    the rest of you doing hand weights? YAY you all rock for doing fitness on commercials... I was at the gym earlier for a few hours so got my workout in then...wow, an awesome one at that!:heart::bigsmile:

    I did my exercise. Then went to log and my son says...dont forget the video you did this morning! DOH!

    Heba yelled at him for talking about her behind her back. the black team walked out and then told Phil they didnt care what happened..he was their family and they stood behind him.

    Speaking of behind, Heba reba sounded like a BIG one tonight!

    I totally forgot it was on (see the Proud thread to see what I was doing :wink:) and didn't remember until I came on here and saw this thread...someone catch me up! What happened so far? And I'm not doing anything during the breaks tonight...too sore from my yoga the other day...but I'm drinking lots of water during the show!

    Awww you really think it's Phil? :sad: I was kinda hoping it would be Michelle...though I love her as well...well, she needs to be there to work on her relationship with her mom...ugh I don't want any of them to go home! I want it to be Vicky!

    :sad: I hear ya Seesta...I hear YA! But I think they made a good choice in the end...or do I? lol I really like Colleens attitude so would like her to stay.... BUT she would do SO WELL at home if/when she goes...so....not sure if there really was a good person to be sent home.

    But showing Phil with his family and his continued track to better health....it appears to be perhaps what he needed. Now what the girls need to win, might be something totally different...:huh: ...sheesh we need some 'shrugs' on here...lol I don't feel like hunting them down...:bigsmile:

    I totally forgot to record tonight's episode! Our power was out for a bit this afternoon, so I checked to see if there was a tape in the machine, just forgot to make sure to SET the machine to record. Sigh.

    How rude! Her name is NOT SHEBA! Thats my name, well part of it! My entire first name is Elizabetsheba, everyone calls me Sheba or Lizzy! I know you didn't know! :D

    OK now onto my commentary! I am soooooo Disgusted! HELLO! Wicky and Breedy, threw last weeks weigh in! Wicky probably lost what she lost, but I guarentee Breedy lost far more than 3 pounds last week which is why he pulled 13 this weeks! UGH I HATE UGLY PEOPLE! People with UGLY personalities just need to move to a deserted island and be with each other!

    she told bob that they didn't throw the weigh in and then when she was talking to the camera by herself she gave that ugly like wicked smile. the same one that she gave brady when he only lost 3 pounds.

    Brady filled up on water last week or something - felt really bad for the black team. I almost expected Colleen to vote for Michelle so blue would have to break the tie.

    I don't like Heba, Brady or Vicky.

    Hi, now I have heard of this show but have never watched it, so what channel is it on? Then I can DVR it and watch it while I walk on the treadmill. I need some motivation to get on it, so maybe this show would help.
