    Amazing difference in your face! I read that the most noticeable thing on anyone after weight loss is their face, it makes your eyes and lips appear to be bigger and therefore more attractive. You are beautiful!

    Wow. Starting at 340 with a goal of 165. Keep up the hard work. Great job. I topped out at 327. Now at 239 down about 88 lbs. Looking to go to 200. Maybe 195. Just keep thinking how great you are going to look when you get to your goal and how shocked people will be to see you. Over the last 2 months co-workers have given me a lot of compliments. It is always nice but I can't wait to hit my target.
