Do you include the calories in your vitamins in your daily food journal or is it not important??

Shouldn't have any cals really. If so it would be a negligible amount not worth tracking.
If you take fish oils I guess you could track that 30 cals or so a day. Otherwise I wouldn't worry.0 -
i agree, i track my multi vitamin just so i can track my daily/weekly vitamin intake0

My omega 3 has 18 calories and my glucosamine chondroitin has 15. So i did know if it really would make a difference or not..0

I take those gummy vitamins and two of them are 15 calories. I mainly put them in so I can keep up with if I took them or not.0
