01/24/11 Started 30day SHRED Level1 - did not measure

03/01/11 Finished Level 1

04/06/11 Finishing Level2 within a week or two. I injured my tailbone on 03/20/11, I did not workout for 10days and started back on Level 1 with a modification due to injury. Just started back on Level2 with modification until my injury is completely healed.

Smallest Part of waist- 29.5, Belly button- 31.5, Below belly button- 35.5, Bust- 35.5, Right arm- 11, Left arm- 11.5, Right thigh- 21, Left thigh 21.5, Hip- 38

Total lost since starting SHRED 10 inches!!! I HAVE HAD NO SIGINIFICANT WEIGHT LOSS! Ive lost a total of 2.7 pounds!

Cant wait to start level 3 and see how much my body changes. I know I will need to focus on my lower body once my injury is healed!

I was the same way... Except I just did weight lifting... In three months I lost 4 pounds, but I lost about 9-10 inches...

Wieght is just a number, Inches are a better way to measure progress.
