Hello Everyone in MFP!!

I am new to this site and I hope to gain motivation and better eating habits. I go to the gym at least 2 days a week, however, my eating habits are horrible. I have one friend on this site already and hope to gain more who can help motivate me and vice versa. I have browsed this site and have loved every thing about it. I love how it tracks how much you eat along with what you have remaining. If any one has any tips on good eating habits please let me know.

    Don't buy stuff that isn't good for you! Make a shopping list and stick to it.
