New clothes time! and boy was I surprised

OK, so those of you who have read my previous posts will know I started off at 219lbs back in January, what I didn't say was that I was a 40inch waist.

So three months on, weighing in at 188lbs its time to get some "temporary" trousers to wear until I reach my goal. To my surprise when at the shop trying some trousers on I found that my waist had in fact shrunk to a 34inch waist.... yep thats right 6 inches off.

Makes me more determined than every to see this through to the end (hopefully soon I will post some pics)

    Good for you! I know we all say that we are doing this make ourselves healthier, and that is the biggest reason for most of us. But when you can go clothes shopping, and see yourself putting on a much smaller size than you are used to, or being able to shop in a larger variety of store due to being a smaller size, it really makes you feel good, and is a great motivator to continue. Congrats and keep up the good work!:happy:

    Wow, from 40 to 34. Now that is awesome. I know, jealousy is an ugly thing but I feel a hint of it:cry:
