Hey All!!!
Just signed up here @ myfitnesspal and wanted to introduce myself. My name is Laura Fuller and I am a stay@home mom of 2 from Illinois. I am currently stuck on a weight loss plateau in which I call 'Weight Loss Purgatory". So if anyone out there is feeling the same .... like you are spinning your wheels and getting nowhere... check out my first blog entry here and send me a message if you want/need a friend/support/shoulder to cry on. Can't wait to bust through this hell and get on with my life!!! See ya there!

I broke thru mine by eating more. I found that I was not eating enough of my excercise calories. Once I started to, the weight dropped.0

Are you measuring yourself? most people see no movement on the scale and think they are at a plateau but aren't measuring themselves so they dont' see the movement on the measuring tape....
I went three months and lost about 3-4 pounds... but I lost almost 10 inches... If I wasn't measuring myself I would have thought that I was at a plateau.0 -
