I'm not obese or anything, but I am at the peak of being overweight. Advice for losing weight? (Please nothing saying that I don't have to worry as a teenager or blah blah blah). (:

Cut down your calorie intake and exercise....0

watch your calories for a week or so and then you will know where and what needs cutting down. You are still growing so should not restrict your calories too much and you most definitely should not cut out any food groups. Switch to low calorie drinks if you do drink cola etc, theyre nothing but sugar and watch your processed food consumption.0

I exercise frequently, and eat 1400-1700 calories a day...0

when you exercise, do you know how many calories you burn and are you eating those calories back?
if you're eating fast food then you should probably cut that down or out because its just crap - very little food for the calories usually too0
