I need friends to keep going!!! Please

In January, I started exercising and eating less with a good friend of mine. I am currently down 23 lbs and I'm feeling great! I am starting to lose motivation and I would like to make new friends to help me along. I do most of my posting from my phone, so if I friend you, please don't be sad if i don't respond right away.

I haven't started to use the friends feature on here yet, so I would be happy to start with you! I also started in January, and have lost 14 lbs so far. It would be great to have some added accountability!0

I'm in the same position. I have lost 22 lbs., and seem to be reaching a plateau. How much more do you want to lose? I'd like to lose another 8 lbs.0

Hey Ladies, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, don't loose focus and try to stay motivated. Remember you're doing this for a better you from the inside out. Just continue to focus on how good you're feeling (mentally/physically) and sleeping. Most importantly the great #'s you'll receive during your next Dr. visit ;-)0
