Hello everyone! My name is Shani and I'm a military wife and Mom. My long term goal is to be as fit as possible. My short term goal is too lose extra baby weight and to fit in my pre-pregnancy clothes.

    I'm a military wife as well! I'm a housewife who sits at home and stares at the computer or tv after all of my "chores" have been done. I used to military myself (it's how I met my husband) and I can't stand to see what I see when I look at myself now. The support on this site is amazing!! Friend if you want, we can all use as much support as we can get.
