Hello, anybody knows how many calories you burn with each video? I just start yesteray, but is not in the database.

    Best way to tell is to get a Coalorie monitor like the BodyBugg :-)

    get a hrm! heart rate monitor will be your best friend, until you get one tho i would log it as aerobics high impact. and how many calories you burn is not the same as what others may burn, it depends on how in shape you are cuz a more out of shape person is gonna burn more calories as there heart rate will be higher working out than a more in shape persons. good luck!
