pretty darned yummy turkey mini burgers

Hi there,
i know its nothing fancy, but tonight i tried a new turkey burger concoction and it worked VERY well... As i was developing the recipe i wasnt exactly sure how "mini" the minis would be, but they were actually a fairly decent size. A single portion is 2 minis (200 cals) but seriously, with a filling side a single mini or "half portion" would work just fine, IMO.
Its just my husband and i eating them so its developed for 1/2 pound of turkey... If you have a larger family you'll have to double, etc the recipe... I also think these would freeze well
