im scared.

so i am not totally new to this but i cant ask this on my other account. please forgive. im scared. at the lowest, you should eat 8,400 calories a week (1200*7) in the past seven days i have had 2.800 calories total. i do not eat some days. totally ditch the food and for some wierd reason. i dont get hungry. please dont mis read this and think oh she is just not hungry because she is eating healthy salads. no. i eat junk food when i eat. my boyfriend is rightfully concerned and he knows something is up. i cant go to a doctor. that is totally 100% not an option. im scared. i can see my color bone all the way to my sholders and then i can see another layer of bones right under that. from the side i can count every rib. i can fit into a girls 14 skirt. i use to bea girls 16 but its hanging off of me. i think i could wear a girls 12 but i havent tried one yet. the juniors extra smalls fit loosly. i am not just built small. i have wide sholder bones and i mean im five foot eight. i have lost four pounds in one week and im not gaining it back at all. i eat 600 calories then skip a day of food. somtimes i go alittle over 600 but rarely. the problem is, i still see myself as fat. as not good enough and i think that if i can be 103 pounds then maybe i will be. help.

    you are me 30 years ago..... I'm not certain why seeing a doctor is not an option (although I wouldnt go to one either then. It helps if you have someone in the same boat or who has been there because if you dont you will feel you are going totally nuts. I thought it I could be 95 pounds life would be great. I got there and then all the wrong kind of guys showed up. you cant keep up the starvation forever and the bounce in the opposite direction, eating everything to make up for having to eat nothing. Guilt and low self esteem will kill you......

    you need to get in to see a doctor and a therapist. The therapist will help you work through the body dismorphia and help you begin to get to a healthy weight again. Please don't put it off, your body is eating itself and you won't be able to sustain your body functions and organs for very long at such a low weight and with so little calories.

    You should eat balance meals everyday even when you're not hungry, like every 3-4 hrs just like a baby. And for your height 103 lbs is way to low and it can be unhealthy.
  • I feel so sorry for you. I know you don't want to go to the doctor, but you need to go. I will pray for you that you can change the way you see yourself and open your eyes to see how unhealthy you are.

    Sweetheart, it's called anorexia and it's a disease. You're killing yourself... starving yourself to death. You should eat... even if you aren't hungry, EAT. And I don't understand why a doctor isn't an option, because really, that is what you need. They can help you. Please reconsider. I want to cry, because I don't know what else to say and not sure you're even really listening. It IS a good sign that you know you NEED help, the next step is to go GET it. And by that, I mean SEE A DOCTOR. Please. If not for you, then for your boyfriend and your family.

    I agree with all the above. You really need to have someone to talk to about this. My daughter is 14 and if she were feeling this way about herself I hope she would come to me. Is it not possible to talk to someone you are close to? They may be more understanding then you think. But I really don't know your situation but I do hope you seek help from someone. :flowerforyou:

    I agree w what everybody else has said. It's SO heartbreaking to read what you're going thur, I want to cry for you. I'm sure you have people in your life that love you want to be healthy and happy. ...I don't even know you want I want you to be healthy and happy! PLEASE find a way to get some help!

    You need to help yourself by going to get help. This is very serious and if you don't get this under control your body will suffer severely. I don't mean to scare or upset you, but it's urgent that you seek medical help.

    You really do need to see a doctor and/or therapist. Some communities have health clinics and mental health clinics that base your payments on a sliding scale according to your income (if money is the reason why you aren't going already) . It sounds like you have anorexia and it is something very hard to conquer on your own. It can cause you to lose your hair, have heart problems, and many other side-effects, including death. Please do not hesitate to find help right away..maybe even an on-line search of different help-centers could be a start.
