How do you calculate how many calories you've burned by doing the 10 minute solution dvds ??

    Depending on which one you do, you can log it as the individual type of work out: pilates, kickboxing, aerobics, dance, etc. It would probably be more accurate than guessing or estimating.

    i workout with them mine are kckboxing and toning and i asked around too and i now log them in as circuit training because it changes the workouts so often :)
