This is just something that I read about somewhere. I really could be wrong, but I have heard that sometimes hunger signals can mimmick thirst signals in our bodies. Sometimes when we think we are hungry, that might actually be our bodies way of telling us that it is getting dehydrated. Has anyone else heard of this? I could have swore I read that somewhere. Do you make sure to drink plenty throughout the day?

I would drink a glass of water and wait 20 mins. If you are a fast eater, your body might not have had time to tell your brain that you're full. :)

you know when you are hungry and you cant stop thinking about food, your your stomach aches a little and saliva in your mouth increases and then your stomach growls, is it the same process? because if it is then you probably need water. If its truely growling but not aching and other signs its straining a little to move the food around, so drink water in between each mouthful next time and it will help it go down. If it gurgles instead of growls that probably just your food being digested. But a glass of water wont do you any harm :)
If it just aches snd gurgles then you may have overeaten.
    Xx
