logging gourmet burger kitchen

So i'm going to gourmet burger kitchen (uk) tomorrow night & i can't find any nutrituonal info for it. I like to plan my food intake for the day but really don't know how much to allow myself for dinner. If anyone can point me in the right direction would be grateful

    GBK main house salad, 489 calories, 12g fat. Is all I could find on Google.

    @chris it's a yummy handmade burger place that sells loads of random types like boar & buffalo. You can customise what you put on it & they do loads of vege options. Was'nt my choice but i want to enjoy it. Think i'll go through the menu later & try to guess at nutrition :)
