Can anyone tell me how often you measure yourself? I have only measured myself once in my life (thanks to all MFP who encouraged me:drinker: ) and that was Oct 18. When should I measure again? Keep in mind that I weigh daily:wink: I'm not that patient:happy: just kidding:tongue:

    I measure once a month.
  • I measure weekly on my weigh in day. I do that because if I only lost a pound or 2 atleast I can see the loss in inches too!
  • I measure monthly...my trainer does it for me because he keeps track of it all.

    Heh, join the club...

maybe wear a tape measure as a belt so you can constantly be measuring?

Just kidding... but it isn't the worst idea I have ever had! :blushing:

I check measurements no earlier than on a weekly basis. It helps keep me on track and going in the right direction.
