Bikini as all-day attire?

I'm seriously considering wearing my two-piece all day so that if I think about eating something fattening, I'll won't b/c it is ALL hanging out! Any other ideas?

that's actually a pretty good idea!!
I seriously have mine thumb-tacked in the very center of the biggest wall in my bedroom... I can see it every time I walk past my door and it stares me RIGHT IN THE FACE every morning when I wake up, and I just KNOW it's saying "get your fat *kitten* outta bed and WORK IT so you can wear me!"0 -
Along those lines . . . eat your meals in front of a mirror.0

Put a picture of you (or someone you think you realistically could look like, not like a VS model) in a bikini on the fridge. That way it'll remind you of your goals and what you could look like if you didn't open it.0

wow... I just personified a bikini... I should consider laying off the coffee... lol0

Love it! Maybe I should do this to keep the mojo going on my end! :laugh:0

I had my goal jeans hung up in my workout room for over a year before they finally fit. That was a sweet victory.0

I used to wear short tops to make sure I was paying attention to holding in my abs, I think it's a great idea lol.
I wouldn't dare right now...but in a month or so I may be right back to it! lol0 -
My friend put her bikini on the fridge. Everytime she went to open it, it was a constant reminder.0

This is a good idea, but an even better one would be put a very unflattering pic of you on fridge. That's what I do. I keep those fat pics up so I can see how I do NOT want to be. lol....0 -

SAME HERE! My sister said "sheesh Tami, could you have found a worse picture of yourself... and why on earth would you put it HERE?!" I said "that's KINDA the point!"
If I don't want to look at myself looking like that... then I won't look at that fridge unless I HAVE to!0 -
I love this idea.0

Probably not a good idea if you work outside the home. :-)0

Lol I love the idea!0

To make the idea better, you should stream video of it. :-)0

All these ideas crack me up!0

Ha!!! You all have great ideas and crack me up. Trust me, no one wants to see video stream of me in a bikini. Not now anyway. Unfortunately, I am 30 pounds overweight and all the excess fat is literally above my knees and below my waste (maybe a little in the head
) I really don't look overweight from the waste up. Man oh man, when I reach my goal weight (~129) I am going shopping!!!! I do think I'll shop in skin-tight yoga pants and racer-back tank top though, or maybe short shorts .... ahhhhh just dreamin'!
