    I had to shift my thinking to a lifestyle change not a diet. Through my journey I have learned that you have to be mentally ready and willing to give it your all. You must remain consistent and patient. That was the key to my success.
    This is an awesome statement....everyone should embrace it....Look at what this statement and mentality did for you!

    congrats...do you mind sharing your food and diet routine.. I am lost I just started diet a week ago and I don't have a diet or routine just trying to cut back and walk everyday. I wish I could just see an example of what someone else has done and maybe mirror that until I find something that works for me....
