When I exercise on the treadmill, do I claim it as walking on my log?
I can't find it listed as treadmill only.
Thank You

I use
Stair-treadmill ergometer, general
to log treadmill under cardiovascular0 -
:flowerforyou: Are you running or walking? There is options for running (jogging) at certain speeds. Or you can add it in yourself, the next time you're on the treadmill keep track of how long you are on, how many calories you burned and also the distance, you can then add in the exercise yourself in the exercise tab.
All the best!!!0 -
I just type in Treadmill and it comes up under my exercises list. However, I do the treadmill on an incline which isn't calculated into the treadmill calorie counter so I always take the amount of calories the treadmill says I've burned and then take 15% away from that number (since those machines always over estimate) and manually type in the calories burned on a treadmill.0

Thanks everyone, I've been logging it in as walking, and using the calories burned that the treadmill says.
I am only walking on the treadmill so far, not ready for running yet0
