Hey everyone,
Just stopping to say hello. I just logged onto the site and I have been reading all the encouraging words. You guys have motivated me to do a lot better than I have. I woke up this morning and discovered that I am the heaviest that I have ever been in my entire life. That was definitely not a good way to start the morning. I know that this did not happen overnight. I have a hard road, but I see that I am not alone in this journey. I will keep you guys posted, thanks in advance for taking this ride with me.

I have been on my weight loss journey for two years and have about 25 more pounds to go to reach my goal. I really do believe that you have to go at it one day at a time. One day at a time, that really is how it works. If you have a bad day, tomorrow is a new one. Even if you have a bad meal...the next one can be a better one...that mentality really does help you to create a healthy "lifestyle", not a "diet" where you feel deprived.0

Hello fitness pal friends. I just signed up today so I could keep an accurate account of my food intake. I work out four times a week and feel as though I am too sluggish and tired. I'm willing to modify how I eat. Willing to eat more...ugh..... and willing to stop drinking diet coke. I am in good shape, 5'7" and 127lbs but my body needs more protein and carbs.
With myfitnesspal, I will be able to track my consumption. My goal is to build a leaner firmer body. I would also like more definitation, so I'll be increasing weight, and decreasing reps and cardio cardi cardio!!
Thanks for a great site!
