convenient choices turned bad...

I stopped at subway today, needing a quick lunch...although my fat and calories were acceptable, that sandwich had HALF my daily sodium! Earlier I had a special k protein meal bar...good cals, good fat, HALF my daily sugar...no more grab n' go for me!

    That'd because of the deli meats. They are all extremely high in sodium! Stear clear!

    Lunch meat is insane on the sodium! I still eat it but not every day like I used to. Just drink a ton of water.

    I've noticed that too. Try getting a veggie sandwich next time because it's the meats that cause that.

    I forgot that Subway guys name...But he must have had CRAZY high sodium if he was eating there all the time >.<
