Now, I'm not sure if this is EXACT, but someone had a quote up at a diary site I use, that was something like,

"If you keep doing the same things, you'll get the same results."

That was pretty much one of the big things that got me thinking that I needed to CHANGE and put effort in to this!

I see every *new* diet commercial, new weight loss pill, new detox plan and I can honestly say now with conviction, that NONE of that works (for long anyway!) it's hard work, and dedication and a change in lifestyle.

Keep at it every body!! :bigsmile:
