Addicted to Exercise

I don't know if anyone is on the same boat as me...but I find that I lose weight the days I don't exercise as long as I eat a pretty clean diet not full of sodium and fat but above the calorie goal(1500-1700) calories. The days I do work out I find that I gain weight or it lose and again alternately(the same pounds). I usually burn anywhere from 600-900 calories on those days...I eat almost all of my exercise calories. I can exercise less but I'm a little addicted to working out, I am doing the 30day shred and on month two of Turbo Fire, I also go to the gym on Saturday for 2 hrs. The days I don't work out I feel out of place, I do have a rest day but I still do 30day shred.
The scale just keeps going up and down and I don't know how to keep it going down. I don't believe I'm in starvation mode as I eat all of my exercise calories. I guess I just gotta be patient and keep it going. Any thoughts?

No answer from me, but I can sympathize with you. I've lost about 24 lbs and am now stuck. When I exercise the scale goes up about a pound and then when I don't, it falls. So frustrating! I want to keep exercising because I feel the results and love the "high" it gives me, but I also don't want to see the scale keep going up.

I would love an answer to this too...

I am no expert, so... I know my weight fluctuates quite a bit - surprisingly more than I was aware of. Not sure how often you are weighing in, but all that exercise is building some muscle, too, which is good but does weigh. Rest days are definitely important and consistency and patience are huge in this health/weight process. Hang in there - sounds like you are doing the right things.
