OK - so I had a scale victory today too... BUT - it was SO GREAT to put on a shirt that I hadn't worn in a few months because I didn't like the way I looked in it - and NOW IT FITS BETTER!! I didn't start on MFP until I was already 10 lbs down - so I have technically lost 19 lbs!!! MFP decided to adjust my goals because of the 'significant loss' or something like that. :happy:
So - if the scales aren't being so nice to you lately - NEVER FEAR!! If you have made positive changes in your lifestyle - they will show in more ways than one.
