550 Rep Cardio Kickboxing Workout

Try this Workout. I put it together this morning and did it after my other 550 rep work out.
550 Rep Cardio Kickboxing Workout
1. Swing Kick with Knee lift (25 reps ea leg)
Stand in-between 2 low chairs or polls. Swing leg over, then hang onto chair/polls and bring both knees up to the chest.
2. Swing Kick Alternating Legs (50 reps)
Place chair in front of you and swing leg around and over chair. Alternating Legs
3. Alternating Front Punches (50 Reps)
Stand in horse stance knees soft. Quickly alternating front punches.
4. Side Kick Alternating legs (50 reps)
Medium round house kick. Alternating Rt and Lt Sides.
5. Gladiators (25 reps ea Side)
Knee lift hop opposite front kick low punch Rt side then Lt side
6. Standing Pike(25 Ea Side)
Hands over head. Bring arms and leg together meeting at the belly button. Rt side then Lt.
7. High Upper Cuts ( 50 reps)
Stand in Horse stance knees soft. Quickly punch high alternating punches
8. Jumping Jacks (50reps)
9. Front Kick Alternating Legs ( 50 reps)
10. Skip/Jump Rope with High Knees (50 reps)
11. Plank with Knee In and Knee Cross (25 reps ea)
High Plank. Hands under your shoulders, core tight, back flat. Bring foot into chest alternating legs, then cross knee to elbow alternating legs. So Rt, Lt Front, Rt Cross, Lt Cross repeat.
Go through as quick as you can with good form. This workout took me 22 min 230 calories burned. Repeat for a longer workout and more calorie burn.
