green tea pills

I have, did not really see much difference, gave me energy...
make sure to not take them on an empty stomach, it makes me very nauseous every time!

i got some of those mega t green tea vitamin pill things and i was wondering if anyone else had tried them?

Funnily enough both me and my daughter bought some the other week. I tried one and it made me feel quite sick and light headed, but my daughter likes them. She persuaded me to give them another try so I have been on them all week and feel fine with them now. ( I did go and check with a pharmacist before I tried them again as I have to take Thyroxine daily) and he told me that I should be fine with them. It will be my first weigh in on Tuesday after taking them for a week so lets just see if they make a difference to my weight loss.

I have them and they work great for me.
