I have been going to Zumba since my starting weight at 346 pounds. I am down 73 pounds now and my Zumba instructor is amazing. She's trying to open her own dance studio and wants some testimonials that Zumba and a diet plan really do help lose weight. I will be featured on her website with my story and before and after photos! :-D

The night she took my picture, the new girl in class (only coming about 3 weeks) blurted out that I looked extra skinny and asked if I lost more weight! I love it. My confidence has been slowing going through the roof.

    That's excellent! Keep up the work! Isn't it nice that there's a fun way to lose weight now! Only have tried Zumba a couple times, but I definitely see why people love it so much!

    congrads on the weight loss!! i love zumba as well and am a dedicated member of my local gym and do it every night. I started zumba june 2010 and have lost around 30 lbs.
