Brand new....!

Hello!

This is my first post - although I've read a few others over the last several days. I'm on day 5, and lost 2 pounds already! I love MFP so far - keeping track of the calories, seeing the exercise immediately add extra calories, and seeing where I'll be in 5 weeks are all keeping me motivated.

Just wanted to say thanks for all the great advice and support I've seen so far on the message boards and blogs - what a wonderful tool for losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle!

    I'm new also. Congratulations on your weight loss. I have been here for about 2 weeks and lost 8 pounds. I agree, MFP is the greatest. It keeps us accountable to ourselves. Good luck on your weight loss journey!
