ok so i have just brought myself a crosstrainer but...

i just did 15mins on it and it said i only burnt 45cals :frown: (ill do more soon though) but on mfp it says i would of burnt 152cals ...... which to believe? its the first time i have ever used a crosstrainer so im guessing maybe when i get used to it the calories may may go up?

    I've found the same thing with mine. I go wit what is on the machine and not what is on MFP. Would be interested to know if that is the wrong thing to be doing though!

    yes i think ill use whats on the machine i do think 152 is abit far fetched,

    It all depends on your weight/height etc, I wear my hrm and would burn around 150 cals in 15 mins, but that's me. Maybe go a bit in-between?
