Confirming Friend Requests?

I have recieved a few emails informing me I have some friend requests. All of which I would like to accept, however, I CANNOT FOR THE LIFE OF ME FIGURE OUT HOW?

Pls advise?

    When you go onto your home page at MFP it will say you have a friend request as an alert. Just click on that and you will be able to confirm. Feel free to friend me if you like. I hope your weight loss journey is successful.
