What day do you guys make your day(s) off. I was thinking I would make sunday. :)

    my day off is what ever day it fits into my schedule. haha! I know usually it's the other way around but I go to school and work so I get to the gym as much as possible and when ever it doesn't fit into my schedule is when I take the day off...

    I hold my cheat days off till something comes up that I didnt plan... I don't usually plan those days but I allow myself 2 days to cheat a week... Kinda like the 80/20 rule..... If I know that I will be out all day or spending time with friends and family, that is when i cheat and even then i don't eat too much more!

    Often its Saturday, as thets usually drinks night with the girls. I do log all I eat and drink though and am often just under my calories, so I guess I'm learning something!
