Adding Exercise

How do I add workouts like 30 day shred, or Jillian Micheal workouts..I know alot of people post their calories including these activities. I tried to search for it and nothing..I am considering starting 30DS and dont see it my options..Please Help!

    your best option is to invest in a heart rate monitor!! you can pick one up at walmart for about $40. this will actually help you alot more in the long run. most of these site use a round-about number for calories burned when everybody is so different. me and you could weigh the same and do the same exercise but your heart rate may be higher than mine so you'll burn more calories than me.

    Circuit training, general for 30 day shred, but I recommend getting a heart rate monitor if you can. That's what I use.:)

    Those people that have an entry specifically for the 30DS created their own.

    Go to the exercise tab and then my exercises. You can create your own exercise and add in how many calories per hour burned. Then you can use that every time you want to log the exercise.

    If you don't go with the HRM, go ahead and use the Circuit Training listing under exercises - it's pretty close.

    Yeah..thanks for the tip on how to create my own exercise..I am definitely investing in the HRM..I heard Polar was a good brand anyone else have another brand thats pretty reasonable on price and accurate?

    I have a Polar FT7 that I got brand new on ebay for $85. I love it!
