Pedometers!

Just wondering if any of you that wear pedometers everyday add the calories burned to your daily exercise??? Thank in advance for your help!

I do not. I've been keeping track of my steps, and trying to increase them, due to a company-sponsored challenge since January. I track my total steps each day there. Unless I do something on purpose as exercise, I don't count it in MFP. Our activity level should be set based on how active we are each day, ie. how many steps we're taking.0

I put my activity level at the lowest possible since i spend a lot of time at my desk. It ends up being about 2-300 calories burned a day just from my pedometer. Just didn't know what to do.0
