just wondering if anyone is 5"3' and 140lbs thats my short term goal.

    5' 3.75", I was 140 in this pic.... 5 or 6 years ago.

    I'm 5'2.25" and just under 140lbs - I'll try and find a pic that isn't in my underoos!

    EDIT: Best one I could find that showed my body - I'm on right in all black ;) - as you can see, I carry my weight on my thighs (excuse the 'v sign' :P)

    Hips: 38 inches
    Thighs ~24 inches - one's half an inch bigger than the other!

    mybodygallery.com is fab I could be up all night looking through the pics ,does anyone else find that some people who are the same weight or heavier and the same height look so much thinner than you do yourself ?
