    I’m Stormy Weathers a 61 year-old trying to lose the last ten pounds on my way to my “Happy Weight”. I’ve been here before (within 10) many times and failed. This time I’m giving myself What I think is a sensible time frame to lose those last ten pounds. Join me in this thread to lose five in ten weeks.

    Hello Im Robin. I have been wanting to lose weight since before I got married (almost 4 years ago) and I have always told myself tomorrow I will start. Last few weeks i have been trying, lost some weight, gained it back ect. Im hoping to lose more than 10 pounds by June but I will be happy with any number :) Good luck every one!

    Hey, I'm Melanie and I'll take you up on that challenge. I just joined MFP a few weeks ago. I've always been active but over the last few years I've let that slide and wanted to make a change by getting fit. I have a very cool vacation coming up this summer to Vegas which I want to look good for and my fitness goal is to hike the West Coast Trail. I've never really paid much attention to what I eat so I totally love MFP as a way to keep me on track with my goals. My overall goal is to lose 20 pounds but 5 is a great start !

    Just made it. (A loss). Next week will be tough too as it is spring break for me. Too many temptations and not enough distractions from eating. I'm going to give it my best though.

    Good start to the challenge ! I had a rough start to the week because I went to my first fitness class ever and it was BRUTAL! Thankfully I found another one that I can go to on my lunch break and which I can actually do. Whahoo !

    i have lost three pounds this week! I did not go to the gym today..... but did walked about 60 min while at was at school....I have a two hour break between one of my classes. I also decided to do additional spin class this week

    I am staying strong, but going to school full time is a struggle because our cafeteria sells a lot of greasy food! Good luck everyone! :smile:

    I can relate. I work in a school too and the cafeteria smells that get to me are fresh baked bread or Cinnamon rolls. I've been able to resist since I've been logging what I eat on MFP. Looks like you're doing well too. Keep up the fight:tongue:
