Adding Yoga, Need Suggestions

I am currently doing the 30 Day Shred (on day 5, level 1) and want to possibly incorporate some yoga into my routine. Any recommendatins on yoga DVDs? I see Jillian has one.
I want more flexibility so I though youga would be great.

    Not sure I'd recommend Jillian's DVD. Even on the cover her posture isn't very good, lol.

    I usually tell people to stick to the Gaiam line of yoga DVDs, they have all been excellent for me. There are also free yoga video podcasts on iTunes!!

    Thanks for the info! I have an iPod nano, but can download the episodes to my computer and do them from there.

    I love the Gaiam videos...try Pilates too, that is what I do for stretching and core exercises! Gaiam has Ana Caban's videos, and they are great!

    I love Gaiam's stuff too! For Yoga I'd recommend Rodney Yee's videos.
