Ok I have been really changing my food intake for the past 3 days  But I have noticed me personally am getting really oily skin (face)

Its weird. I swear my face is oily like every 10 minutes.. what is up with that? Even my hair is getting oilier!

It could just be a result of the changes, or maybe your body is flushing out all the crap! Keep it up for a couple weeks and see if the oily dies down.

Also, are you getting enough water?

It is probably as the other user stated. Your body is getting rid of junk. Your skin and hair should regulate itself, be sure to hydrate well, if you are dehydrated your oil glands go into overdrive and actually produce more. Not kidding, water balance plays a critical role in your hair and skin natural moisture balance.

I am actually drinking nothing but water and at least 64 oz a day

I went from eating nothing all day and crap all night to eating at least 4x a day and lots of healthy foods. My face got oilier, my underarms got stinkier (and not from the exercise!).

I think it's your body getting rid of all the toxins and crap that has built up from years a processed (chemical filled) foods. I promise you it will get better!

Good! I agree, you're probably flushing out impurities.
